Our orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all prices are final and include VAT/tax and duty free delivery (where available). Taxes and duties are calculated on checkout.

For those territories we will ship our orders with duties and taxes excluded from the order. Local import taxes, duties, and fees may occur at the expense of the receiver.

Track your order

Once your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner, we will email you a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email. If you have not received the shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Cut-off time for Next Day Express Shipping

Place your order for next day express shipping by noon local time.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Amend or cancel an item

Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. However, once the order is shipped we cannot cancel it. In that case you will have to arrange a return as soon as you receive your order.

Delivery with DHL

Our delivery partner, DHL, provides you the convenience to modify your delivery while it is en route through DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to reschedule for another day or eliminate the signature requirement, ODD simplifies the process.

Once your order has shipped and is with DHL, they will notify you via SMS and/or email about your expected delivery time. If ODD is available in your area, this message will include a link to the ODD website. You will need your tracking number.

Schedule your delivery

If the estimated delivery date does not work for you, you can choose a different date. Where available, you can also select a specific time window for your delivery.

Signature release

If you prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can opt out of the signature requirement. Note that by doing this, PHYZIKA and DHL are not liable for any loss or damage once your order is delivered.

Leave with neighbour

You can request to have your order left with a neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and additional instructions. Be aware that selecting this option means PHYZIKA and DHL are not responsible for any loss or damage once your order is delivered.

Collection from a DHL Service Point

If you will not be available for your delivery, you can choose to collect it from a DHL Service Point.

DHL ODD will show you the closest DHL Service Points so you can select the most convenient one. They will then inform you when your order is ready for collection and how long you have to pick it up. Note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the DHL depot.

To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point, you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:

  • A photographic ID (e.g., passport or driving license);
  • Your email/SMS notification from DHL.
Vacation hold

You can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days. Where available, you can also select a specific time window for your delivery.
