Return an item
All products can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To arrange a return, follow the instructions on the return form provided. You can find it in your shipping box with all other documents.
For hygiene reasons, it is essential that all items are tried on over underwear to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our products for all customers.
Refund process time
After we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 15 business days. We will email you to update you on your refund status.
Exchange products
Our exchange process requires returning the item and placing a new order.
Non-refundable costs
The order shipping rate, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Faulty goods
Goods are deemed faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. We thoroughly inspect each garment before shipping to ensure it’s in perfect condition. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you can return it for a refund within 30 days. For items owned longer than 30 days, please contact us.
