We ship all orders from one of our facilities in the European Union.
Where is my order?
Once your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner, we will email you a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email. If you have not received the shipping confirmation, please contact us.
What packaging do you ship in, and what is a sustainable experience?
We use 100% sustainable packaging throughout. Starting with our shipping box, crafted from cardboard. Inside, you'll find all documents and a thank you card, made from recyclable paper and printed with eco-friendly inks. As you open the package, you will find a protective tissue wrapping YOUR PHYZIKA.
Do you offer fashion consulting?
Yes, we offer fashion consulting. We recognise that our unique approach to activewear might seem unfamiliar at first. However, you can check our Instagram for styling tips from our founder, Ivana, or get free personalised advice from our team to effortlessly blend our chic activewear with your wardrobe. Just get in touch!
When do you restock?
As a ‘slow-fashion’ brand, we restock only when needed, preventing overproduction and waste. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on item availability.
Are all PHYZIKA products sustainable?
All our products are made from 100% recyclable materials and produced using innovative, sustainable practices. Our Sustainability page provides more information about PHYZIKA’s Sustainability aspect.
What does true-colour photography mean?
True-colour photography means that we have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
